Mental Health and Well-being Supports
Grand Valley Connects can set you up with a resource navigator for almost any kind of support.
IMatter will provide up to 6 free therapy sessions for youth 18 and younger or 21 and younger with an IEP
School Based Mental Health
School counselors are able to refer students to receive therapeutic services at school from a licenced professional counselor or master in social work .
West Springs offers walk-in emergency services
Talk to someone anytime day or night
Karis is a local resource for young people with unstable housing.
Get fast help for yourself or a friend by making an an anonymous tip that will go directly to your school or law enforcement.
Peer 180 is a hub for all kinds of addiction recovery organizations with a special young adults program supporting individuals between 18-23.

The Career Center offers a variety of career and technical education programs that are an excellent way to explore interests, develop skills and earn credits. Learners apply for specific programs through the Career Center Website.
The Valley Prep program can provide additional academic support for R-5 learners needing more time and connection. Learners can obtain a referral to Valley from their high school counselor.
Eureka has developed an afternoon program just for R-5 learners. This is a experiential outdoor education program that satisfies our secondary placement requirement and meets at R-5 high school.
Concurrent Enrollment is available to all D51 learners who apply and are accepted to programs at CMU, CMU Tech or TCR.
Resources for Post-Secondary Readiness
All D51 students have access to SchoolLinks through their classlink. This application houses their ICAP, a variety of career interest activities, college and career search tools, and is the best place to start for scholarship hunting.
Additional sites for career research include these great resources that also have links to local job postings and virtual job shadows.
Connecting Colorado is where all R-5 learners start their WorkKeys journey, but it is also a place for job seekers.
